What is Life Coaching?

Life Coaching Sessions are focused on topics in your life that you'd like to work on.  Once you share your agenda, we discuss the topic in more detail to uncover obstacles, mindsets, and, eventually, solutions and next steps.  I actively and intently listen to what you are bringing to the session and ask thought-provoking questions to break down barriers, tap into wisdom, and uncover possibilities to create your path forward.  Life coaching is not therapy but rather a co-creative process that values your unique personality, challenges & goals.  As a life coach I come with the assumption that you are intelligent, capable, and motivated to achieve your goals.  I help you tap into that to create what you want in your life.  Towards the end of the session you make a commitment to your next step (often goal-oriented) and I help you find action steps that both challenge & excite you.  I offer support & accountability as well to keep you more focused and committed to your own chosen goals.
